Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 08, 2026

InfluencersMedia ("we", "us", "our") operates as an influencer marketing agency specialized in YouTube promotions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect information — including information accessed through YouTube API Services — when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us as a brand or creator partner.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact details you provide through our contact form, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
  • Business information shared with us when discussing brand or creator partnerships, including company name, campaign goals and budgets.
  • Usage data such as pages visited and general browsing behaviour, collected automatically to help us improve our website.
  • Publicly available YouTube channel data (see Section 2 below) that we access through YouTube API Services to support our influencer discovery and campaign management work.

2. Our Use of YouTube API Services

Our internal influencer management platform uses YouTube API Services to help our team discover, evaluate and manage relationships with YouTube creators on behalf of brand clients. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that this processing is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Through YouTube API Services, we access and store only publicly available channel information, such as:

  • Channel name, description, custom URL, profile artwork and category/keyword metadata
  • Public statistics — subscriber count, view count and video count
  • Public video metadata and performance statistics (titles, thumbnails, publish dates, view/like/comment counts)

This data is used solely to power our internal creator-discovery and campaign-management tools — for example, searching for relevant creators, tracking audience growth over time, and reporting on campaign performance. We do not use YouTube API data to serve ads, build advertising profiles, or sell or transfer it to data brokers or other third parties, and we do not allow humans to read this data except where the creator has agreed, where required to operate, maintain or improve the features it supports, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a security investigation.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • To prepare proposals, campaign plans and partnership agreements.
  • To identify and evaluate potential creator partners using publicly available YouTube channel data.
  • To communicate updates about our services to brands and creators we work with.
  • To improve our website and the services we offer.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We store the information you share with us — and the YouTube channel data we access via YouTube API Services — securely in a private database, encrypted in transit, and limit access to authenticated team members who need it to do their jobs. We do not sell your personal information or YouTube API data to third parties.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information or YouTube API data. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email or hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or investigate potential violations.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Channel data obtained through YouTube API Services is refreshed on a regular schedule (at least every 30 days, and typically daily) so that it stays consistent with what YouTube currently reports, or it is deleted if it can no longer be verified.
  • Historical channel statistics that we derive for trend reporting are retained for a limited period (currently up to 365 days) and are then automatically purged.
  • If a creator asks us to stop storing their channel data, or if we can no longer verify that storing it is appropriate, we will delete it from our systems within 30 days.
  • Contact form submissions and business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

7. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information or YouTube channel data we hold about you at any time by reaching out through our Contact Us page. Creators can also revoke our access to their information at any time through their Google Account permissions page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — including to reflect changes in how we use YouTube API Services. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised "last updated" date, and significant changes will be highlighted to returning users.

10. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle YouTube API data, please contact us at contact@influencersmedia.in or via our Contact Us page.
